Earlier this month Sunriser’s Hyderabad has announced Trevor Bayliss as their new head coach for the upcoming season of IPL. Now SRH management has roped in former Australian batsman Brad Haddin as the assistant coach and will join the new coach Trevor Bayliss in the support staff.
Brad Haddin and Trevor Bayliss have worked together before winning the champions league T20 for Sydney Sixers as captain and coach in 2012. Both were even associated in IPL for Kolkata Knight Riders but in different roles. Trevor Bayliss was the coach for KKR from 2012 to 2015 and Haddin had played for them in the year 2011.
Trevor Bayliss has replaced Tom Moody spot and Brad Haddin has replaced Simon Helmot.
Brad Haddin was retired from the international cricket after 2015 ashes, in which Australia has lost the series after that he was a part of world cup winning squad.
He has finished his international cricket with impressive figures of 3266 Test runs in 66 matches with an average of 33 and 3122 ODI runs at an average of 31.53 from 126 matches.
Haddin has a coaching experience earlier, where he was appointed as the fielding coach for a 2 year period from 2017 for Australia A.
SunRiser’s Hyderabad is trying to enter the IPL 2020 with a new coaching staff and we can except some shuffles and some hot buys from the auction.
