IPL 2025: Best Overseas XI Who Dominated the Season

IPL 2025 Overseas 11 of the Season

As the curtain comes down on the Indian Premier League 2025, it’s time to let the overseas performers who left a lasting impression during the season take the center stage. From boundary-smashing openers to hot-headed bowlers, here is the Overseas XI of IPL 2025 consisting of the top foreign stars who lit the tournament. Let’s look at IPL 2025 Overseas 11 of the Season.

Openers: Phil Salt (RCB), Mitchell Marsh (LSG)

Top of the order, Phil Salt and Mitchell Marsh were absolutely brilliant. Salt made 403 runs in 13 innings, providing Royal Challengers Bengaluru robust openings. Marsh, on the other hand, was unbelievable for Lucknow Super Giants, blasting 627 runs in mere 13 innings and proving to be among the best overseas hitters of the season.

Middle Order: Jos Buttler (GT, WK), Nicholas Pooran (LSG), Heinrich Klaasen (SRH)

There is deep firepower in the middle order with explosive wicketkeeper-batters. Jos Buttler was the pace-setter for Gujarat Titans with 538 runs and did an exceptional job behind the stumps. Nicholas Pooran continued his free-flowing ways with 524 runs for LSG, while Heinrich Klaasen was on song for Sunrisers Hyderabad with 487 runs. All three not only provided firepower with the bat but also kept behind the wickets effectively, with Buttler making the most dismissals among them.

All-rounders: Aiden Markram (LSG), Sunil Narine (KKR)

Markram and Narine offered crucial balance. Markram scored 445 runs and picked 4 wickets for LSG, being key players in closely contested games. Narine of KKR was again the tournament’s best mystery spinner, picking 12 wickets and scoring 246 invaluable runs in the lower order.

Bowlers: Noor Ahmad (CSK), Trent Boult (MI), Josh Hazlewood (RCB), Mitchell Starc (DC)

The overseas bowling attack was headed by spin sensation Noor Ahmad, who took 24 wickets in 14 matches for Chennai Super Kings. Hazlewood was RCB’s speed pillar with 22 wickets, and experience and speed were added by Trent Boult (MI) and Mitchell Starc (DC), making it a mighty attack.
