“India Will Win 3-2 Against England In The Tests”- Rahul Dravid

Former Indian ace Rahul Dravid has backed the ‘Men in Blue’ ahead of their five-match Test series against England. The ‘Wall of India’ has predicted that India will go on to win the series by 3-2. India will be up against England for their first Test on August 4 which is scheduled to be played at Trent Bridge in Nottingham. Let’s discuss Rahul Dravid prediction on India vs England Tests 2021

India got the better of England the last time these two giants played at Trent Bridge. The remaining four games will be played at the Lord’s, Headingley, Kennington Oval, and Old Trafford. The Indian legend has shown faith in Virat Kohli’s side despite England’s dominating set of players.

Rahul Dravid prediction on India vs England Tests 2021

Rahul Dravid believes that India has a very good chance against England in the coming series. However, Dravid also mentioned England’s lethal bowling attack. He said that England has many bowling options and they can prove to be fantastic.

“I really do think India has a very good chance this time. There’s no question about their [England’s] bowling. Whatever bowling attack England put on the park, especially their seam-bowling attack, is going to be fantastic. They have a lot of players to pick and choose from and that’s going to be terrific,” Dravid said.

Nevertheless, Rahul Dravid is not sure about England’s batting line-up. Except for the likes of Joe Root and Ben Stokes, Dravid can not pick a world-class batsman from the English squad.

“But if you look at their top six or top seven, you really think of one great batsman, a world-class batsman who is Joe Root. Obviously, Ben Stokes is another one, who is a good allrounder, but for some reason [R] Ashwin seems to do well against him.”

“But I just think India will be well-prepared, there’s a lot of belief in the squad. A couple of players have been to England a few times, there’s a lot of experience in the batting order this time around, so this is probably our best chance, maybe say 3-2 to India,” Dravid added.
