IND vs ENG: What did Kevin Pietersen have to say?

Pietersen claimed that India won against England’s B team as the English side were playing without the likes of James Anderson and Jofra Archer. “Badhai ho India, England B Ko harane ke liye” tweeted the former English player.

IND vs ENG: Jaffer’s reply to Pietersen’s claims

Soon after that, legendary Indian batsman, Wasim Jaffer came up with a befitting reply to Kevin Pietersen’s ‘below the belt’ tweet. 43-year-old Jaffer asked the Indian fans to stop trolling the Englishman via his Tweet. However, Jaffer’s message had a plot twist to it towards the end. Jaffer wrote: “Don’t troll KP guys. He’s just trying to be funny. And I get it. I mean is it even a full-strength England team if there are no players from SA?”

Kevin Pieterson took no time to reply to Jaffer’s tweet. Pietersen, while commenting on the Indian’s tweet, wrote: “Exactly! Trott is there and Kallis was there!”

It’s interesting to see the two masterminds of world cricket indulge in a healthy banter in between the much-anticipated India vs England series. The four-match Test series is currently levelled at 1-1. The series can swing in any direction for now as both sides contain enough fireworks to change the momentum of the game anytime.
