The ECB has decided to change the timings for the rescheduled 5th test between India and England keeping in mind the viewers from the Indian subcontinent.
According to a Daily Mail report, the England Cricket Board has changed the timings from 11 AM to 10:20 PM. While Indian viewers can now view the one-off test from 3 PM.

The one-off test match between India and England will start on July 1. It will be the fifth test of the series that was played last year. Team India were 2-1 ahead when the last game of the 5-match test series at Old Trafford was cancelled due to increase in Covid-19 cases in Indian camp and Edgbaston will now host the game from July 1.
This time, the captains for both teams will be different. While England will be captained by Ben Stokes, India will be led by Rohit Sharma, and both teams will be motivated to play their best. The Indian captain’s participation, however, has been called into question when he tested positive for COVID-19 last night.
IND Vs ENG 5th Test:
While England is currently playing New Zealand in the third Test in Leeds.
India is currently preparing for the Test by playing a four-day warm-up match against Leicestershire.
Virat Kohli led the team as captain and Ravi Shastri served as head coach when India faced England last season. Since Virat stepped down as captain and Rohit Sharma assumed leadership of all formats, a lot has changed.
Rahul Dravid was appointed as Team India’s new head coach when Ravi Shastri’s contract expired following the T20 World 2021.
Notably, all-rounder Ben Stokes will captain England against India in the lone test after Joe Root was sacked as captain. Brendon McCullum was appointed to replace Chris Silverwood as England’s Test coach last month.
In addition to the lone test, India will play England in 3-match ODI and 3-match T20 series during the tour.
