Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya and pace bowler Bumrah are on their road to recovery. They are the two key members missing the winning combination, They both are undergoing rehabilitation for lower back issues.
Hardik Pandya first experienced trouble in his back during the 2018 Asia Cup when he went down during a match against Pakistan. He went for rehab in NCA and consulted doctors and was able to come back to cricket against New Zealand in 2019 and also played in the ICC World Cup 2019. However, he went down again after the tournament and had to go to London in order to have surgery on his back.
The Pandya brothers were engaged in banter on Twitter after Hardik Pandya posted a video of him coming down the track and smashing Krunal Pandya straight down the ground.
Recently, Bumrah also shared a pic of the broken stump by saying the end of sessions which made his fans happy that he would be back for New Zealand tour.
