Mosaddek Hossain Returned To Bangladesh Few Hours Before India – Bangladesh Match in Nagpur

Just hours before for the final match of the third T20I series between India and Bangladesh in Nagpur, Bangladesh all-rounder Mosaddek Hossain returned home. While all of his teammates are in Indore currently for the upcoming Test series, the all-rounder returned home.

Mosaddek himself wrote on Facebook to clear the dilemma that was all around after he chose to fly back in such a hurry. The 23-year old confirmed he went back home to be with his sick mother. His mother is ill and is hospitalized. Mosaddek is currently staying there and taking care of his mother.

Mosaddek Hossain sharing a post on Facebook, said, “Hopefully, everyone now can get to know that why I am returning back from India. My mother’s liver is not functioning properly and needs an emergency operation. Please, everyone, keep my mother in your prayers. Cricket and team are always an integral and vital part of my life. Love for all of my well-wishers.”

At this point, Bangladesh selector Minhajul Abedin Nannu has confirmed that Mosaddek Hossain’s return home is temporary and the all-rounder would join the Test squad for the upcoming series. He will come to India after his mother’s operation.
