In Brad Hogg ‘s current test XI, Virat Kohli didn’t find a spot with players around the world. And in this list, Rohit Sharma was selected as the opener alongside Mayank Agarwal and the four Indians of the Team.

In his squad, he selected the best world Test batmans. They are Steve Smith, Marnus Labuschagne, Babar Azam, Ajinkya Rahane, and a wicket-keeper-batsman Quinton de Kock. The former Australian Spinner explained why he left Virat Kohli.

It’s not the same thing that’s happening here. If you look up his last fifteen Test innings, only four times he scored 31 runs. That’s why this year Virat Kohli isn’t my Test team, “said Hogg on his Vlog on Facebook”.

ROHIT Opens In My CURRENT TEST XI:

“Love how Mayank pulls his cover drives off his front foot, how he’s very consistent. Rohit Sharma is a little lucky to find a place in this XI. He was over 90 on average, but he has only played test cricket in India.

But I love how he’ll be so comfortable, just pushes the ball offside, and also work the ball off his legs” he added, justifying Rohit and Mayank’s selection as openers.

Pakistan player Babar Azam was fully praised for his achievement in the Australia tour last year and made a Century.

He has scored a hundred against Australia in Brisbane when Pakistan toured Australia last year but I have included Babar Azam in the line-up. It is extremely difficult for overseas teams to perform on that particular wicket, however, he has shown that they can, and he is one of the best Australian cricketer players in the country, “the former Australian cricketer told us.

In the Hogg Test bowling attack, Mohammad Shami, Australia’s players Pat Cummins, Nathan Lyon, Neil Wagner of New Zealand are some other spinners.
