During the 3rd T20I, India who took to bat first could only make 134 for 9 with some disciplined bowling by the South Africans. And, later in the second innings, the Proteas were seen doing so well with their bat in the first six overs of their run-chase showed that there is a huge need of some quick wickets for India to defend them.

All the drama has begun in the sixth over of the South African innings where Deepak Chahar bowled the knuckleball to Reeza Hendricks which went on to beat him as he tried to flick it.

Once the ball hit his pads, Team India went up in appeal as a confident Chahar literally forced Virat Kohli into taking the DRS.

Replays showed clearly that the ball was easily missing the leg-stump. It was a review that was wasted and showed an immediate effect in the very next over when Quinton De Kock was trapped in his pads trying to sweep the ball.

As India was out of reviews, they lost the change to challenge the opposition where a wicket could have changed things.

Chahar forcing Kohli for the DRS didn’t go well with the fans and went on to slam him.
