Dan Lawrence exits bio-secure bubble after family bereavement

Dan Lawrence, the uncapped batsman of England, who was existed in the squad as a reserve in the ongoing England Vs Pakistan Test series. Now because of the family bereavement, he has left the bio-secure environment of the team. He has appeared in 70 first-class matches, scored 3804 runs, and claimed nine wickets. In a statement, ECB confirmed that Dan Lawrence will not be available on the second Test match between England and Pakistan, which is scheduled to be started at the Ageas Bowl on Thursday (13-08-2020). The ECB also requests to media to respects Dan and his family’s privacy at this difficult time.
