WI Vs NZ 3rd ODI
The third and final ODI between the West Indies and New Zealand is all set to take place at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown on Sunday.
The winner of the match on Sunday will take home the trophy as both sides have won one game. The hosts last month lost to Bangladesh and India in back-to-back ODI series, and they are hoping to break their home losing streak by triumphing in the third ODI.
The Men in Maroon have lost four consecutive white ball series, which also include both ODI and T20I series failures against India as well as embarrassment in T20Is against the Kiwis, since securing a 2-0 victory in the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh last month.
In the two matches thus far, West Indies bowlers have excelled, dismissing the Kiwis for totals of 190 and 212 runs, respectively. But unlike the first game, in the second one, their batters gave up, and the team lost by 50 runs.
Both teams will try to put on a better performance in the decider game and win the trophy as the series is at stake.
