Happy Birthday Matthew Wade: Matthew Scott Wade is a cricketer from Australia. In all three international cricket formats, he has played for the Australian national side as a wicketkeeper and a batsman. He plays Twenty20 domestic cricket for the Hobart Hurricanes and domestic cricket for the Tasmanian cricket team, which he also captains.
Wade was born in Hobart on December 26, 1987. Scott Wade is the name of his father. In addition to playing for Hobart and Clarence in the Tasmanian Football League (TFL) and serving in AFL Tasmania.
His father plays Australian rules football for Hawthorne in the Victorian Football League (VFL) have experience as a CEO. Michael Wade, Matthew’s grandpa, presided over the Hobart Football Club. Wade is the cousin of Jeremy Howe, a defender for the Collingwood Football Club.

In the 2008–09 season, Wade scored his first century in a first-class game. He came out to bat with the team at 5/60 and scored 96 runs, which was a crucial factor in Victoria defeating Queensland in the 2009–10 Sheffield Shield final. Wade was chosen man of the match as Victoria defeated the opposition by 457 runs.
Matthew Wade’s Rise to Success
Wade was initially called up to the Australian team in October 2011 for a Twenty20 International against South Africa as a result of his success in domestic limited-overs cricket. He debuted for Australia in a T20I match against India in February 2012, opening the batting and scoring 72 runs off of 43 balls to win Man of the Match.
Wade was selected for the Australian One Day International team for the 2011–12 Commonwealth Bank Season after that T20I series. On his debut, he was named Man of the Match. He established himself as Australia’s preferred limited-overs wicket-keeper during the series, and he typically started the batting order.

Wade’s Current state of Cricket Career
In the Indian Premier League auction held in February 2022, he had been bought by the Gujarat Titans. In April 2022, the Birmingham Phoenix purchased him in order to get ready for the English-language 2022 season of The Hundred. Wade has been chosen by the Karachi Kings in the 2023 PSL draft’s Platinum Category round in December 2022.
