Greg Barclay Re-elected as ICC Chairman for Second Two-Year Term

The ICC board on Saturday unanimously re-elected Greg Barclay. As the Independent Chair of the apex cricket body for a second two-year term.

“Over the past two years, we have made considerable progress thanks to the introduction of our global growth strategy, which offers clear guidelines for creating a prosperous and long-lasting future for our sport.

“It is a thrilling time to be involved in cricket. And I look forward to continuing to work closely with our Members to enhance the game in our core areas as well as grow it outside of that,” he continued.

Mukulani continued: “I’d like to congratulate Greg on being reappointed as the ICC Chair since the sport will benefit from the continuity his leadership will bring. I thus made the decision to renounce my candidacy.”
