And for Indian cricket team that work was done by Rahul Dravid. Better known as the wall, who made the bowlers run for the money with his defensive play during his playing career, did exactly the same while coaching the Indian cricket team.
It was not at all an easy task to coach one of the most loved cricket teams in the world, where one mistake will make a villain.
On top of that, the Indian team was not in a good shape when he joined as a coach back in 2021. Kohli left the captaincy from T20 format, removed from ODIs, and later stepped down as test captain.

However, Dravid handled all the challenges with ease, like his defiance while batting. He transformed the team into a formidable side capable of challenging any big team anywhere in the world.
And, as a result of his hard work and skillful planning, India finally managed to break their ICC trophy drought by winning the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
The T20 World Cup final was Dravid’s last match as a coach, but the way he turned the team into fearless juggernaut ensures that Indian cricket will continue to grow.
