The new pace sensation Mayank Yadav stunned the whole world with his breathtaking express deliveries that rocked Punjab Kings in the 11th match of IPL 2024 on Saturday.  

Playing his debut game, Yadav emerged as the biggest finding of team LSG, as the 21-year-old not just shocked the batters with his quickers but also managed to dismiss them to put his side back in the game.  

Chasing a target of 200, Punjab Kings comfortably past the 100-run mark in the 11th over of the game without losing a wicket, with the experience bowlers failed to tackle PBKS openers, Yadav took the responsibility to provide his side the much-needed breakthroughs.

He first removed the well-set Jonny Bairstow for 42, then Prabhsimran Singh for 19 and Jitesh Sharma for 7 to put Punjab on back foot.  

And LSG, who were way behind in the game, eventually won by 21 runs, with Mayank Yadav grabbing the Player of the match on his debut with a 4-0-27-3 spell.
