Everyone’s eyes are concentrated on players to anticipate who’s making it for the Marquee team with the T20 World Cup 2021. Talking about India, Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav’s likes have recently battled with the white ball. Their prospects thus depend heavily on the next Sri Lanka and the IPL series. But Laxman Sivaramakrishnan, the former spinner and commentator, gave Varun Chakravarthy his best hope ahead of Chahal. Let’s look at Whom Did Sivaramakrishnan Suggests For T20 World Cup 2021

In Sri Lanka, Sivaramakrishnan expressed his view that India should monitor Varun and consider his possibilities in the T20 world cup. He noted that Kuldeep and Chahal had a tough spot and hence highlighted the need of seeking fresh possibilities.

The selection procedure will be seriously affected by the prior issues of players before the top priority match planned this year. So, Sivaramakrishnan thought that Varun may be considered if he improves his fitness.

“When you are playing Sri Lanka, the world will be watching. If somebody is good and totally different from other conventional bowlers, like Varun Chakravarthy, all he needs to do is play a few games, develop confidence. He has had a problem with injuries, he should maintain his fitness and pick up confidence from this tour. If he does that, he should be one of the candidates the team should look for. Because change is the only constant. When a person stagnates, when one of your main bowlers like Chahal stagnates, you should look at other options.” Sivaramakrishnan stated in a press conference.

In cricket, players are typically required to continue to adapt according to game requirements. When the batsmen play a bowler, in particular, their game is understood and will bounce back. The secret to cricket endurance is thus to develop fresh methods of shaping their games.

Sivaramakrishnan believes that throughout the years the batsmen have understood the deliveries of Yuzvendra Chahal. He proposed that the spinner should concentrate on his bowling variations else the batters would be fairly convenient to understand.
