While Sydney Thunder, who defeated Melbourne Stars in the final match of the group phase in BBL 12 advanced to the next phase as fourth placed team.
BBL 12 Finals Race: Final Five Big Bash 12 teams
Perth Scorchers and Sydney Sixers were the first two teams to advance to the next round, and both teams will play the qualifier on January 28 at the Perth Stadium in Perth.
Today’s advanced teams, Sydney Thunder and Brisbane Heat will fight a battle on January 27 at the Sydney Showground Stadium.
The winner of the eliminator match on 27th, will qualify for the knockout game, which will be played on January where Melbourne Renegades already waiting for the second team.
