Cricketers were forced into several hats by the coronavirus outbreak and its subsequent lock-down worldwide. Some have become interviewees, while others have chosen to speak to their teammates. Because of their life on Instagram, the crickets of the present generation have stolen light so far, and former crickets have now followed the lead of younger people. India’s former great bowler Anil Kumble is the latest entry in the long list of cricketers who sent messages for their fans.
On his Twitter account, Anil Kumble compared the current Coronavirus outbreak to the second inning of a test match, but not entirely as he said the Coronavirus pandemic had gone further than that. He also cautioned against complacency after a small lead, because things could change quickly in the second inning.
“We must be united in this if we are to fight the coronavirus pandemic. This is like a test match. The matches for the Cricket Test are five days, but this has been longer. Cricket test matches are 2 innings only, but it can take more time. Do not be pleased, therefore that at the first innings, we had a slim lead because the second inning could be very rough. “In a video, he shared on his Twitter account the legendary spinner said. He told the people that the country needs an outright Coronavirus victory. “We must win that fight, it can not only be won in the first few, but we must also win this battle in a complete victory,” added Kumble.

The Karnataka-born spinner who holds the crown in the Test matches for India’s leading wicket-taker also thanked the doctors, medical staff, police, and other front-line personnel. They battle against the Covid-19 pandemic bravely. Kumble was assigned to send the message to the people fighting a tough fight against the coronavirus from Karnataka’s Mandya, Sumalatha Ambareesh.
The country’s people also advised to take responsibility and not stress the corona warriors, whose life-threatening work has already been a monumental challenge in fighting infection. Kumble, known for his calm and composed nature on the field, reaffirmed to his fans that India is all set to fight this battle.
