Aamir Khan plays cricket with Harbhajan and Irfan, Aamir Khan has dedicated himself all to the promotion of his forthcoming movie, Laal Singh Chaddha. His marketing plan is one of a kind, and it is tied up with the current edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Online users have been able to see a video that not only features the superstar Aamir Khan but also the cricketers Irfan Pathan and Harbhajan Singh.
In the video, Aamir can be heard promising his audience that he would soon be able to persuade Irfan and Harbhajan that he is a nice cricketer. Earlier, Ravi Shastri said to Aamir Khan that in terms of playing for the Indian Premier League (IPL), he has to develop his footwork.
However, in a video clip that has been uploaded on Internet, Aamir does play some cricket, but then he and the two other players engage in some friendly banter. It is noticed that Aamir is questioning Harbhajan.
Aamir, who was enjoying Harbhajan’s statements, remarked in a funny manner, “You doubt that I can play cricket?” while Harbhajan responds “Last time we played cricket, you got out on my very first ball! I thought you were good because you made a century in front of the ‘Angrez’ (Britishers) and here you got out on the first ball and also referred to Aamir’s Oscar-nominated film Lagaan (2001)”.

Aamir also makes a commitment to the other 2 cricket players, telling them, that he will offer some nice cricket. “You don’t understand psychology. You are India’s top cricketer, if I had hit a six on your first ball, what would have happened…”
“He (Aamir) was giving you respect!” and to this Aamir says, yes, I did it out of respect. I wondered to myself, ‘Aamir, get out in the first call, and save Harbhajan’s any blushes”, added Irfan Pathan.
At this point, Aamir is prepared with a bat in his hand, and Harbhan is the one who is bowling. Unfortunately, Aamir is unable to catch it. “The test of the pudding is eating it, I’ll show you my batting and bowling, and then you both decide if I can become a cricketer or not”.
