After smashing one boundary, RR captain Steve Smith also went to the pavilion by scoring just 6 runs in 7 balls. This time dismissed by dangerous Jasprit Bumrah. After 2nd over, RR was 7-2.

Bowlers of Mumbai Indians on fire again. Rajasthan Royals lost the 3rd wicket of Sanju Samson in a hurry in the 3rd over, once again dismissed by Boult, caught by Rohit Sharma. Over 5, RR was 23/3. Very disappointing start from Rajasthan Royals.

In the 1st delivery of 8th over, an outstanding catch by Ankul Roy and Lomoror out by Rahul Chahar. Till the 13th over, an amazing inning of Jos Buttler came to an end through an incredible catch of Pollard. Pattinson made the wicket of Buttler to his name. Jos Buttler made 70 runs in 44 balls with the help of 5 sixes and 4 boundaries.

Time for Tom Curran to go. Pollard to Curran and out caught by Hardik Pandya. Tom Curran scored 15 off 16. After 14 over, RR scored 113 runs with the loss of 6 wickets.

In the 15th over, Jasprit Bumrah showed the typical “Bumrah” performance. 1st he nailed a yorker but the bails light up and Rahul Tewatia had to go by making just 5 runs. Then after 3 deliveries, he took the wicket of the hopping batsman, Shreyas Gopal. Then again in the 17th over, after smashing 3 boundaries and one six, dismissed by no other than Bumrah.

The match ended with the dismissal of Ankit Rajpoot in the 1st delivery of 18th over. Rajpoot tried slicing over cover but MI skipper, Rohit Sharma took the catch to conclude a memorable match for Mumbai Indians.

Mumbai Indians won by 57 runs !!!
