Jos Buttler Replies To The Post Of Ravi Ashwin:

The wicketkeeper-batsman of England & Rajasthan Royals, Jos Buttler thinks the current situation because of novel coronavirus as very bizarre and ill-fated.

Speaking about the lockdown situation, Buttler has considered this time as a positive thing as now he can spend time with his little daughter beyond the busy international tour calendar.

He said “ Of course, it is a very strange situation, but actually it is nice to spend some quality time at home, be with our little daughter and actually just be a father for a while. Also, I have been doing some Pilates these days with my wife, in my cricket gear.”

Also, he added that “ The cricket calendar is very much busy, so you are trying to get some times whenever you can get some break, so, I am trying to utilize the time as a positive thing- although, it a very pathetic situation and very difficult for everyone.”

On 25-03-2020, India and Delhi Capitals ( former Kings XI Punjab) Ravichandran Ashwin and celebrated the first anniversary of the mankading of Ravichandran Ashwin to Buttler in the 2019 IPL match.

The method of dismissing attracted different opinions from all over the world including a debate in Twitter between renowned commentator Harsha Bhogle and outstanding spinner Shane Warne.

Ravichandran Ashwin has shared a post giving importance on “staying home, staying safe”, in his social media accounts. When Bottler was asked about a person whom he wouldn’t like to self-isolate with on the podcast, the English international cricketer took the name of Ashwin.

Buttler quoted that “Actually, one year ago, I was mankaded by Ravichandran Ashwin. That’s why I am getting a twitter message about it. Along with my picture, it is saying ‘stay safe, don’t go outside’.

Because of the coronavirus outbreak, the IPL 2020 is getting postponed but Buttler said that he has not got any message from Rajasthan Royals for this. Accepting the status of the pandemic, he said that it is really tough to change in the near future, but hoped for a shortened version of the 13th edition IPL.
